We did one thing.
We added a sticky click-to-call button to the bottom of every page on mobile. A big, orange, impossible-to-miss button that said "CALL NOW" with Danny's phone number.
It stayed at the bottom of the screen no matter where you scrolled. Always visible. One tap and you're calling Danny.
That's it. That was the "one simple change."
No new content. No new ads. No SEO work. No redesign. Just a button.
The Results
We measured the impact over 60 days.

- Competitor 3: Had a sticky button. This was Danny's toughest competitor. Now we know why.
- Competitor 4: Phone number only on Contact page. No sticky button.
- Competitor 5: Had a "Request a Callback" form instead of a phone number. No sticky button.
4 out of 5 competitors were making the same mistake Danny was. Only one had figured out the sticky button trick.
